Message analysis
Text you submit is sent to the configured inference provider to produce the analysis you requested. Running an analysis does not automatically add that message to your saved library.
Your account
If you create an account, Reply Plan stores the information needed for authentication, plan status, daily usage, profile settings, notifications and saved history. Authentication and application data are handled through Supabase.
Saved analyses
When you press Save, the original text, optional previous message and personal context you supplied, and the structured analysis are stored so you can return to them later. Saved analyses can be deleted individually from your library.
Share cards
Creating a share card makes a result page accessible through a public link. The public page is designed to omit the original private message and show only selected analysis content. Anyone who has the link may be able to view it while it remains public.
Email and account recovery
Account confirmation, password recovery, subscription lifecycle and active-offer emails are sent through the configured transactional email provider. Authentication tokens are verified by Supabase and are intended for one-time account actions.
Conversation Intelligence
Premium conversation workspaces keep their own structured context and imported WhatsApp text chunks so Reply Plan can answer without mixing one person's history into another. The visible Reply Plan chat shows only the most recent 24 hours; older visible messages are removed while selected structured context, such as unresolved topics and useful background, can remain in that workspace until you delete it.
Imported media
Optional voice notes, images and supported media are uploaded through short-lived signed links into a private temporary storage bucket. Reply Plan processes supported files to extract relevant text or context, then removes the temporary media object. If a file cannot be reliably processed, Reply Plan records that limitation rather than guessing its content.
Payments
Pro and Premium checkout and recurring billing are handled by Paystack. Reply Plan stores the transaction references and subscription state needed to recognize your plan; card details remain with the payment provider.
Profile images
If you upload an avatar, the file is stored in the configured Supabase Storage bucket and used within your account experience. Only upload images you have the right to use.
Session analytics
While you use the signed-in dashboard, Reply Plan records a random session key, first-seen time, recent activity time and the dashboard path used. These records support aggregate counts such as active users, online users and average session duration. They are server-only and are not used to read message content.
Deletion
You can delete saved analyses and Premium conversation workspaces from inside the product. Account-erasure requests are handled through the privacy contact so subscription state, fraud-prevention records and any legally required retention can be handled correctly.
Policy updates
This policy should be updated when Reply Plan adds providers, data uses or markets that materially change how information is handled. Any production launch should also include the legal disclosures required for the countries in which the service is offered.
