1. The service
Reply Plan provides automated language analysis intended to help users think about tone, clarity, social friction, warmth, pressure, ambiguity and possible interpretations. Results can be incomplete or wrong.
2. No mind-reading or professional advice
Reply Plan does not know another person's private intentions, diagnose mental-health conditions, establish facts in a dispute, or replace legal, medical, safety, HR or other qualified professional advice.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the messages you send, decisions you make and content you submit. Do not process, save or share content you are not permitted to use.
4. Accounts and security
Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Reply Plan may limit or suspend access when necessary to protect users, service integrity or payments.
5. Plans and billing
The Free, Pro and Premium features shown on the pricing page apply subject to the limits displayed at the time of use. Paid subscriptions are processed through Paystack and may renew according to the plan selected at checkout.
6. Sharing
If you create a public share card, you are choosing to make that result accessible through its link. Reply Plan is designed to omit the original private message from the public card, but you remain responsible for the analysis content you choose to share.
7. Availability
Hosting, database, email, payment and inference providers can experience downtime. Reply Plan does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or identical analysis results over time.
8. Changes
Features, limits and these terms may change as the service evolves. Material commercial or legal changes should be communicated through the product or account contact information where required.
